- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will arrange a site visit after a brief conversation about the project and whether or not it is a good fit for us. For small and medium-sized projects we can typically provide a proposal within one week of the initial site visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a carpenter and cabinet-maker for 10 years before starting my own business. I also put in some time in a metal fabrication shop and as a construction laborer on large sites. I believe my diverse experience serves me well as a general contractor.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We typically work with owners of co-op apartments and townhouses in Manhattan.
