FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to give the lowest price possible without hurting my profit because I understand that we need things done on a budget so I look at the work and see how long it takes for me to finish. If it doesn't take me that long I'll give you a decent price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to see exactly what it is the customer wants by asking questions about every single detail that the customer already knows and or might have missed. This will allow me the give a more precise quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years experience in the commercial / high end residential remodeling business. I do everything from demolition to clean up, laying out, plumbing, electrical, cement work, framing, sheetrocking, taping, painting and I'm currently working with Baliant Contracting Corp which is based out of new jersey but all the work we do is downtown between 20th st to 100th. I currently work from 8am to 5pm mon - fri. So I try to pick up work for Saturdays and Sundays.
