- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually begin with a phone or Zoom call to discuss the scope, timeline, and see if we’re a good fit. Based on that conversation, we can often provide a ballpark price. If the project aligns, we’ll schedule a site visit to refine details and provide a firm estimate. The exact process depends on the scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BA in Architecture, Design, Construction & Planning, and a Master’s in Construction Management from Columbia University. This background allows me to bring strong planning, clear communication, and professional execution to every project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
While we currently focus on residential projects, we have a strong background in high-end commercial work. This allows us to approach residential jobs with a higher standard of planning, execution, and finish quality.
