I've had the pleasure of working with Rob for the last three years, and I consider every lesson a gift. From music composition to theory, alternative and sweep picking, finger tapping, arpeggios, jazz, blues, rock, and odd time signatures; Rob has it all pedagogically covered. Overall, he is patient, listens well, and more importantly, he is the real deal--a guitar virtuoso.

I started studying guitar with Rob when I was about 20 and continued for six years or so. He is by far the best instructor I ever had. He taught me amazing technique and gave me great knowledge of theory. I am actually now a professional musician and I've played arenas opening for Bon Jovi, Stone Temple Pilots, Alice in Chains and many other bands

I not only teach my students to most innovative and advanced techniques but also mentor and guide my studio through their musical and/or professional goals.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The most important element to an effective guitar teacher is to be able to relate to each student as an individual, both creatively and personally.
