Excellent service! Ben installed my Eufy Security 4G LTE Cam S330 effortlessly! His communication throughout the process was prompt and professional. He ensured I was prepared for my appointment by giving me instructions to charge my camera ahead of time, setting us up for success right from the start. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the equipment, installation difficulty, cable routes, number of devices, and the amount of programming required. We provide clear estimates before beginning work and explain what is included. Projects requiring additional materials, electrical work, lifts, scaffolding, wall repairs, or unexpected troubleshooting may involve additional costs, which are discussed with the customer first. Package pricing may be available when installing multiple cameras or devices during the same visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing the customer’s needs, the existing equipment, and what they would like the finished system to accomplish. Photos can sometimes help us provide an initial assessment, but larger projects usually require an on-site walkthrough to inspect cable routes, device locations, network availability, and installation conditions.
After the walkthrough, we recommend appropriate equipment and provide an estimate. Once approved, we schedule the installation, complete the work, configure and test the system, help connect the customer’s devices or mobile app, and explain how to use the system.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive hands-on experience with security cameras, video recorders, intercoms, access-control systems, electric door hardware, networking, and structured low-voltage cabling. Notify Technologies LLC is licensed in New York State for security and fire alarm installation.
