What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most cases, our pricing structure is primarily based on a flat fee. However, in the event of responding to a Request for Evidence, additional charges will be incurred on an hourly basis if it exceeds a prefixed amount of time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most cases, I first offer a preliminary assessment session to explain the overall procedure and our fee.
For some cases like directly asking for legal advice in particular issue rather than immediately start a case, I offer a detailed consultation with a fee, and if you decide to retain our services for the same issue within 6 months, up to 1 hour's consultation fee will be credited toward the flat fee.
