- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee for small design consultations is $400, to be paid upon agreeing to my written proposal. For larger projects such as the full design of a room or home I charge a flat fee which varies in terms of the size and scope of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start all projects by discussing the client's style and goals. The client will then provide images of rooms and styles that they like and will set a firm budget for their project. Once these details have been determined, I will provide mood boards, room layouts and renderings and on-site installation in whatever combination is required for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a certificate in Home Staging from the New York Institute of Art & Design (NYIAD).
