Babaj did a fantastic job installing “peel and stick” flooring in my NYC apartment bathroom. He was very responsive; easy and effective communication. Install was clean and seamless. He also helped with caulking my bathtub, and adjusted my dishwasher. I highly recommend his service, and am hiring him again for a paint job. A+++ (He’s also very handsome.)

Customers should know that I offer two types of pricing: an hourly rate for smaller jobs or a total price for larger projects after I assess the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by talking with the client to understand their needs and see if it’s something I can help with. We discuss the price so the client feels comfortable and knows what they are paying for. For larger or more complex projects, I prefer to see the situation myself, either through a video call or by visiting the site, before giving a final price. This way, everything is clear and organized from the beginning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a technical school and have a strong background in electricity, plumbing, and painting. I have always been involved in construction, working in different companies in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting throughout my life.
