I don't usually services like this because I am the type that is always afraid, however I have to say Omar is very professional and knowing what he is doing, him and his team did a great job on my kitchen and living room in a limited time. I love how the out come is that I hired them again to do my bedrooms and bathrooms! I am a very satisfied customer!!!

Omar came early to the job site to get a head start, completed early, and was within budget. The quality of work was very good and he and his crew were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and the rooms turned out great.

Completely professional, from staying in touch to advise on what paint to buy and confirm price and date, to arriving on time and working quickly and with care and accuracy. Omar and his crew were extremely friendly and polite. Cleanup was immaculate. I had 2 large rooms, an entryway, and a radiator scraped and painted, as well as a terrace painted (floor and bricks). Done in one day with minimal stress and looks great. Highly recommended.

My building is a Co Op and requires various forms and paperwork that I didn't know about (I'm new to the building). Because I didn't realize we needed the forms, the building wouldn't allow Omar to paint and it ended up inconveniencing Omar quite a bit as he came all the way into the city and blocked out time to paint. Omar was very professional and was very nice about the fact that they didn't allow him to paint. He could've easily been upset that his time was wasted, but he was very nice about it. I would definitely hire him again (and do my homework first about what the building requires!)

What can I say about Gram's Construction. Simply Amazing. Omar was very accommodating, even came to the house late at night to do the estimate. They started work on Friday and completed by Saturday afternoon. His estimates for amt of paint was spot on, his crews work was flawless. It was a great experience. One of his crew even bought my daughter a pack of candy.. She was super happy about that and how her room came out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! Price beat all competitors by large margains.....
