I finally found a good contractor in the City! I’m very happy with the work that Waylon and his team did in my unit in NYC!! He was very responsive from the time of the free estimate and until the end of the job. He dealt with my Coop effectively and finished the job on time. I found the job reasonably priced as compared with other crazy quotes I got at the beginning of the project. His attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to quality were evident throughout the project. Waylon communicated clearly and the end result exceeded my expectations. I could not be more pleased with Painting and Projects NYC's work and would recommend them without reservation. Their administrative team was extremely sensitive to my narrow work window, and helped put together the approval package I needed for my condo board within 24 hours of my accepting their bid. The painters arrived on time; did careful, meticulous work; and finished a half-day ahead of schedule. My entire apartment is completely refreshed and looks brand new.
