Waylon and his team deserve all the above 5 but Thumbtack makes you choose only 3. Right from the start Waylon was very thorough, responsive and answered all my questions about the project. The bathroom remodel started exactly on time and finished perfectly. Every instruction was communicated clearly by text or email. Waylon offered ideas throughout the project which I was very grateful for and the bathroom looks beautiful. The workmanship is top quality. The clean up was done very well. I am more than satisfied and the bathroom will add value to my home when I sell it. Thank you RemofelNY

We renovated our Tribeca condo with RemodelNY, and the entire experience was smooth, from start to finish. The team helped us achieve the clean, refined look we were going for. They handled a full bathroom makeover and created a simple glass office corner that looks sleek and functional. Waylon was especially helpful throughout the entire project and made sure everything stuck to our tight timeline. He was extremely knowledgable, solution-oriented, and willing to jump in even on weekends when we needed quick answers or decisions. He also recommended a custom radiator enclosure that doubles as a reading nook in our daughter’s room, and it ended up being one of our favorite features in the home. The final result is cozy and elegant. Exactly what we were looking for.
RemodelNY's reply
Thank you so much, Wendy. We truly appreciate your kind words and are glad you love how everything turned out. It was a pleasure working with you. Wishing you many happy years in your home.

Great experience with Painting and Projects. They did a great job, on time, and were very responsive all along the way. I would recommend them to anyone needing any thing from painting a room to a full home renovation.
Details: 100 - 200 sq ft • Repainting • Residential

I could not be more pleased with Painting and Projects NYC's work and would recommend them without reservation. Their administrative team was extremely sensitive to my narrow work window, and helped put together the approval package I needed for my condo board within 24 hours of my accepting their bid. The painters arrived on time; did careful, meticulous work; and finished a half-day ahead of schedule. My entire apartment is completely refreshed and looks brand new.
Details: Home • 3 rooms • Trim • Walls • Ceiling • Doors • Window frames • 8 - 10 feet (standard ceiling) • Repainting, with same color • Fair - minor holes and scratches • The painter • No, this is not new construction • No, I will move things out of the way myself

Absolutely thrilled with the work done by RemodelNY! Our project was quite complex, involving a complete overhaul of 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and opening up of the kitchen and living space. From the very start, the team showed exceptional professionalism and expertise - especially when unforeseen complex problem arose like our plumbing lines being tied in with the unit next door. They listened to our ideas, offered valuable suggestions, and always ensured every detail was perfect. Unbelievably, they stayed within budget and timeline, which was impressive given the project's scope. Above all else, the team's communication and responsiveness was in a league of its own. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend RemodelNY to anyone looking to renovate in the city!
