My name is Francesca Carelli and I am a Master Certified Life Coach, Executive Coach, Business Coach, Business Consultant, Public and Inspirational Speaker. ICF member. Throughout the course of her 20+ year career, I was recognized professionally as a goal-oriented leader and motivator astute at coaching, mentoring and improving productivity and growth. These achievements allowed me to hone my skills at being fully present in all situations. Whether I was with employees, clients or with other leaders, I had the ability to deeply immerse myself in another person’s world making me a powerful listener. I have the ability to understand the struggles, the pain, and the anxiety that are often part of the daily challenges of everyday life. It is my privilege to be a stand for another human been, to support a company to grow with successful results, it makes me feel whole and complete, I love what I do. Most of the time my first focus is to work on a personal level no matter what is the challenge, to have clarity and a different perceptions of all the events in life. This process will give the opportunity to expand, grow with no limits in any areas and most of it to live the life that we all deserve to live. "Life is a beautiful Journey no matter what happen" This is my lifelong motto. It took me some time and work to realize that this motto is easier said than lived, or accomplished, in everyday life. However, one day it became crystal clear to me when I discovered “The Power of Choice”, that is available for every one of us.
