After 20 years of research and study, Kacey created the EnQ: Energetic Intelligence™ assessment and training program for organizations and executives who want to harness their latent power. Her TEDx talk "Leading with Energetic Intelligence" scratches the surface of this work, while the EnQ program is custom-tailored to each organization's gaps and goals. Coaching since 2013 in personal development, executive leadership, and group coaching—and earning certifications in integrative therapeutic approaches—Kacey has been at the forefront of exploring innovative methods to support leadership and organizational development. Her work is where the enigmatic meets the pragmatic (or “where the woo-woo meets the To Do”), and Energetic Intelligence is a pioneer in transpersonal coaching and leadership development, a unique program that allows the realms of the profound to seamlessly converge with actionable prowess. Alternative wellness practices organically became part of Kacey’s own well-being and coaching approach, and as her clients experienced the shifts in her, they noticed transformations within themselves. Kacey realized the ripple effect that Energetic Intelligence has, and through additional training—including somatic studies, transpersonal psychology, shamanism, trauma-informed leadership, Positive Intelligence, and embodied leadership—she has worked in ceremonial, clinical, and corporate settings, serving clients in integrating this work into their leadership and organizations.
