- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price based on the individual need of each client and the length and breadth of their program. Per hour fees are negotiated based on personal budget and on how frequent contact is needed to deliver the best outcomes to my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always take the time to get to know my clients and build a rapport that will serve as the foundation for getting to the source of what you need. The first consultation is complimentary and allows my clients to get a feel for the process and me as a consultant and personality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree studies are in Business with a major in Sports Management. I have acquired master-level coaching accreditations in Australia in Sports Coaching, and Performance Phycology
