The locksmith did a great job repairing my broken storefront lock and was very knowledgeable. The only downside was that he arrived about 30 minutes later than the estimated window. However, the quality of the work and the fair price made up for it. Still a solid 5-star service.

Look, we all know how easy it is to get ripped off by locksmiths in NYC. But these guys are legit. I needed my bedroom door lock replaced because the old knob broke. The technician actually gave me a couple of options based on my budget instead of pushing the most expensive high-security lock on me. Quick work, clean, and the price was totally reasonable.
Golden Key Locksmith NYC's reply

The lock on my front door was getting stuck for weeks and finally gave out. Called Golden Key. The technician was supposed to come at 2 PM but got stuck in NYC traffic and arrived about 15 minutes late (he did text to warn me though, so that was nice). Once he got here, he fixed the cylinder lock super fast and even oiled the hinges for free. Very professional guy.
Golden Key Locksmith NYC's reply
We appreciate your wonderful feedback and are delighted that you were satisfied with our service. Punctuality is important to us, and we apologize for the slight delay due to traffic. Our technicians strive to resolve issues efficiently and provide added value, such as oiling your hinges. Thank you for choosing Golden Key Locksmith NYC. We look forward to assisting you with any future locksmith needs.
