Angela did a phenomenal job for my makeup and hair at my wedding. I have very slippery hair that doesn’t like to cooperate, and she pulled out all the stops to make the style last for my big day. We did two trials in advance (one for hair and makeup and the other one just for hair). I highly recommend doing a trial or two so that she can learn about what your hair needs in advance. She is so chill and positive, great energy for your big day. I’d hire her again for sure!

She did such an amazing work for the bridal party and the bride. The brides hair look amazing for the wedding day, it had held up perfectly through the humidity. Angela came in last moment when the brides original hair stylist had bailed out, she did exactly what the bride had wanted and for a reasonable good price. Angela was absolutely lovely, and I'm so glad I chose her to do my weddinghair and makeup! She was prompt and professional, with her work and her communications with me. I loved my hair, which held up through our reception (including about an hour of nonstop jumping around to early-2000s punk rock lol) and I was super impressed! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack sends out automatic quotes for some jobs according to their matching system, so they are not always tailored to each particular client. I am always open to questions and flexible with my pricing. Each client has individual needs, and I consider pricing for each job on a case by case basis!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lets chat! Either via the Thumbtack messaging system, through text, or by phone, whatever your preference. From there we can work out the details: date, time, location. I also love getting inspo images or personal photos to really get an idea of your perfect look . Finally, we confirm pricing based on your special needs.
