What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the style, hair length, complexity, location, and number of people receiving services. Travel, early-morning appointments, extensions, or additional services may have an extra fee. All pricing is discussed upfront so there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the client’s desired look, hair type, event, and any inspiration photos they may have. I’ll explain what’s needed to achieve the style, provide pricing, and go over preparation instructions. On the day of the appointment, I make sure we’re on the same page before I begin and that the client is happy with the finished look.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist with over 15 years of hands-on experience. Throughout my career, I’ve continued developing my skills in natural hair, braiding, ponytails, updos, bridal and event styling, runway and editorial hair, and working with many different hair textures.
