Introduction: I'm a licensed acupuncturist, and I have a certificate in yoga therapy and training in Reiki and massage. I use many modalities of Chinese medicine to address concerns with a hands-on approach.
I focus primarily on women's health, musculoskeletal/joint pain, cancer support and facial rejuvenation acupuncture.
I'm based in Union Square and also do home visits (primarily between 14th St. to 110th St., East and West. We'll work together to help you achieve your goals for health and wellness.

I've been seeing Karen weekly for over a year. Initially, i had no intention of seeing an acupuncturist regularly but after her first treatment i felt relaxation i never knew existed. I figured this had to be the best form of health insurance possible. And then there's vanity. The facial acupuncture treatment she did on me had absolutely noticeable effects. Karen is a pleasure to see and i always feel transformed after a session whether or not i come in with a specific issue.

i've been karen's patient for nearly two years. i see her for relief from specific conditions such as stress, allergies and digestive issues as well as for "tune ups". she's great with the needles, very intuitive, and attentive to my needs. i always leave a session feeling really good. couldn't recommend her more!

She's amazing! I go for upper back pain and the relief I feel is almost immediate. She takes her time, listens, and is very kind.

I've been going to Karen for about a year now. One of the reasons I keep returning is that Karen has a great personality and immediately makes you feel comfortable. She is a great listener and can pinpoint my problem from a brief description. I always leave feeling much better! I highly recommend Karen.
