Kenya is a pleasure to work with; she is kind and an excellent listener. However, I thought she was too passive during the mediation session. Our group didn't get all our cards/concerns on the table, and the true depth of feelings of betrayal wasn't explored, nor was the problem of a two-faced, passive-aggressive approach to conflict resolution. We have moved on from the issue that led us to seek mediation, but the root causes weren't addressed.
