We charge the package value + tax, but new customers always get a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is to know the dog’s/cat’s breed, size and weight to start their profile. Then is important to know about allergies or any specific extra information and also about the pet’s personality to decide which method to follow in the first contact.
