Karen was great. She was able to handle my notary needs with very short notice. I requested around 2:30pm, she was at my house in deep Brooklyn by 6pm that very day and it was awful snow outside. She was very pleasant and professional. She also just charged a flat rate (very reasonable compared to others— I had multiple quotes) and didn’t charge more per item. Will come back to her and tell others.
