Hey! My name is Norman I. Graham, Wedding Officiant 💍 (Wed By Norm) and Mobile Notary 🖊 (Notarize With Norm). For weddings, I come to you in order for you to have an experience of a lifetime. I am available for consultations and I am available for ceremonies such as elopements, micro weddings, vow renewals and destination weddings. We are open to performing at any venue you prefer and will marry any couple. We offer physical and virtual consultations, and can communicate via email, mobile phone or zoom. As a mobile notary, I am based in New Jersey and travel to the following counties: Mercer, Monmouth, Somerset, Hunterdon, Camden, Burlington, Ocean & Middlesex. We work with customers in need of last minute appointments, title companies, signing companies and any office that may need our services. Some of the documents we notarize are power of attorneys, seller packages, refinances, car titles and debt settlements. For notarizations, I cannot travel to other states outside of New Jersey.
