I am generally available 7 days a week for bookings. I will travel to you within the State of New York for $100 fee (2 hour minimum travel time), or more depending on distance. I am also licensed to conduct remote electronic notarizations if you are outside of the state/country. Or you may travel to Grand Central Station for a reduced fee.
My vast experience and acquired knowledge ensure your document signing is done correctly the first time. I stand by my work and guarantee the same.
NYS Notaries are NOT licensed to notarize your “Last Will and Testament”.
I can expedite “Authentication & Apostille” services for documents as needed.
I am bi-lingual, fluent in Spanish and can converse in Italian.
I can notarize Travel Affidavits/Certificates/Parental Permissions for children ONLY on the proper forms as assigned by government of the country your children plan to visit, which in my experience varies from one country to the other.
For the services I am allowed to provide, my rates as as follows:
•Notarial services $2.00 per signature
•Authentication/Apostille service fees $100.00
•Authentication/Apostille fees charged by the government are paid by you in advance.
•Booking Fee $50.00 cover 1 hour at the venue for signatures or waiting time, additional hours are billed @ $25.00 per hour.
•Travel Fees, minimum 2 hours $100.00 additional hours are billed @ $50.00 per hour depending on the travel distance, waived if you are able to meet me @ Grand Central Station in Manhattan.
•Transportation Expenses, train, taxi, Uber costs are passed directly onto you.
•I utilize NYC Subway travel for regular business hours, the cost of it is billed at a flat rate of $5.00 per booking for my round trip travels.
•Surcharge of $50.00 is added for bookings prior to 10am and after 8pm Mondays through Saturdays, and prior to 1pm and after 7pm on Sundays.
