Eman has been working with us for the last 3 years. We had just started when we came across her services and they have been detrimental for the growth and continuity of the business. While we were good at what we do, we had no previous experience at all when it came to book keeping, taxes, and all the back end logistics involved when dealing with business and customer relationships. She did our flyers, business cards, built our website, scheduled our appointments, did our taxes, basically everything. Having someone take care of all the accounting and back end of the business really allowed us to focus on delivering the best services to our customers.     Each job is priced differently based only on your needs, no extra fees EVER. We charge by job, not by hour typically (select services have an hourly option)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Every customer is different depending on urgency of work. Typically, we get on a discovery phone call or zoom to discuss project details, a proposal is drafted within 2 days, once you sign & pay invoice, we begin working! For urgent tasks, I can hope on a quick phone call to get details needed, invoice is sent & paid, and then we begin working within the day.

    We have worked in the following industries: -Healthcare (home care agencies) -Education (public and charter school) -IT companies -Moving company -Handyman business Our team is very quick to get up to speed on the industry of our clients on our own time.
