Yes. Every lawyer must complete a required number of Continuing legal education credits through courses That are offered all year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a registered nurse working with serious Child abuse cases. And we would save these Kids lives only to have them returned To the abusive parents. That made me want To go to law school. Also. My oldest daughter Is physically disabled and as she grew up the Obstacles she faced by people and places Violating the Americans with disability act was Unreal. I wanted to learn as much as I could to Help my daughter and others from this Type of discrimination.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
All cases in family law are emotionally charged. However that should not mean you file A lawsuit to get revenge or even a score. Remember Being a bad spouse is not always equal to Being a bad parent.
