My mission is to help you become the best version of yourself, one step at a time. I have over 15 years of training and teaching experience, and I bring that into each and every session. I have taught both children and adults both in class settings and one on one. I also do group/corporate events, as well as bachlorette and birthday parties. Quotes for group events are based on group size and distance. I teach a hybrid style that's a balanced combination of strength building flows mixed with slower deep streches to increase flexability and remove pain from the body. This mixture will leave you feeling mentally clear and physically relaxed. I offer meditation and breathwork sessions as well. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or are brand new to meditating, having an experienced guide can help you build a strong habit and reach deeper levels of self understanding and body relaxation. Each person and their body is different and unique. Having your wellness journey tailored to your specific needs makes a difference :) Namaste

Liv is an excellent teacher. She really takes the time to get to know you and your body. I was suffering from chronic pain due illness and multiple surgeries. Never once did I feel unsafe during our classes. She encourages you to push yourself without making you feel like you've failed if you don't reach a certain mark, which I really appreciate. My pain has noticably improved, and I've gotten stronger with better balance aswell. I wasn't even looking for that so that's a nice bonus. The big thing for me has been the breath work and meditation. I didn't even realize how stressed and anxious I was all the time, which was probably part of why I get sick to begin with. Not only do I feel calm and rejuvenated after our meetings, but I now have tools to relax myself day to day. Im so grateful to have started my yoga practice journey and to have found Liv.

Olivia is a wonderful yoga teacher. I’ve always felt like yoga was something I could only try if I was already flexible. She’s taught me that I can take it at my own pace and still feel the benefits. I’m starting to enjoy our sessions and I do feel stronger. I look forward to improving my skills under her guidance. She is very clear in her instructions and also provides me with the background on the focus areas for the day. She is very accommodative in terms of timing and location, which I greatly appreciate. If I could, I’d have her teach me every single day!
