- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up, I’ve always had a passion for animals and have had personal experience caring for animals 10+ years. I’ve organized fundraisers in high school and donated proceeds to local animal rescues and shelter. Following high school, I began to work for a pet store and provided care and aided animals, ranging from birds to reptiles and small animals. After working there for a few years, I began working as a dog walker and transporter at a professional dog daycare as well as a day care attendant and eventually began working as a pet sitter.
