I have taken several Pilates, barre, yoga and sculpt classes with Katie and she makes it fun and challenging. She’s professional and very knowledgeable. She has helped me to improve my strength, core and over all well being. She has shown me how to make adjustments while working through injuries. I highly recommend taking a class with her and or scheduling a private session.

Katie is amazing, highly highly recommend! I’ve been working with Katie on my yoga practice for several months now. I took a break from working out for over a year and wanted a slow introduction back into movement but feared group settings as I started out again. I would get self conscious taking large classes and embarrassed not knowing what I’m doing or how to hold a position. Katie helped me gain confidence and comfort back. She was so patient with me and even walked me through where I should be feeling each stretch and which muscles each pose works on to empower me to trust myself and my body’s capabilities.
