- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each proposal is tailored to a client's needs and can work within most budgets, depending on what is needed. We do require a retainer in most cases, but are flexible with varying budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up an initial meeting or call to discuss your needs and then send over a proposal for you to review within 72 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are accomplished writers, Stylists, and marketing professionals within the creative fields. We have a combined experience level of over 22 years.
