She was nominated for the New York State Bar Association's Outstanding Young Lawyer of 2008 and was an adjunct professor at the Pace University School of Law. Ms. Klat is licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut. Additionally, she is the founder of the Society of Enlightened Entrepreneurs, a unique business association that empowers socially conscious entrepreneurs.
