Introduction: I'm the founder of Monzescope, we have been doing location rentals & property management since 2016 in NYC. We specialize in using apartments that are currently vacant (in-between tenants and/or open to year leases) to wisely and professionally rent out as vacation rentals, temporal nursing homes or location rentals for film shoots, depending on the preference of the owner.
We do our own repairs, keep the apartment contantly clean and in top-notch conditions, we pay rent (or commission-based earnings) right on time every month, and attract clients who are clean, respectful, quiet, barely home and have agreed to all house rules.

Monzescope truly showed me the true potential of my property. Every single rent payment was made on time and there was a constant flow of cleaning professionals taking care of the apartment whenever there was an airbnb turnaround. Communication was always spotless, lots of transparency involved.
I recommend their vacation rental service to anyone with a vacant property, it was more than worth it for me at least
