I am 53 years of age, very old fashioned. Usually, I'd phone a friend, or look through my local paper. No one was available, so I went online. This is my first time using Thumbtack or any site to hire a plumber for that matter. Drainers&Co was first to respond to my request. After careful review, I called the number provided in my quote. Spoke with the owner Steve and I must say, I am impressed. Steve broke down worst and best case scenarios for me and my family in changing our broken sewer line. We discussed our budget, insurance coverage for sewer line and just about everything he could to help us solve this matter cost efficiently. Steve and Robert came out within the hour, sharp! Gave us a free estimate and even ran a sewer camera down our line and did not charge us a dime. Yes, we gave him the job. He found the problem, so we trusted him to fix it. This is the right level of honesty, courtesy, professionalism, experience and work ethic. I am seriously grateful to have found this company here. Steve thanks again. Cheers, Robert H

Superb customer service! Thankfully Drainers&Co was open to work during the Holiday season. I kept on having issues with drains backing up each and every month. Having no luck with my local plumber and paying them $160 each time, I decided to check out thumbtack. Drainers&Co was the only one to respond first and come within the hour to check my drains. They discovered what was my recurring issue and signed me up to their affordable maintenance plan. I spoke to Steve personally and his determination and patience are a testament to the company's excellent work ethic and I wouldn't have known this at all based on the last scathing customer review. That was messed up. But in my book, it's 5 stars!
