At Rocket Restoration Corp, we keep pricing simple and transparent. Every project starts with a clear, detailed estimate so you know exactly what you’re paying for—no hidden fees or surprises. Pricing is based on the work needed and the materials you choose. If anything changes or additional work is recommended, we’ll always talk it through with you and get your approval before moving forward. We may offer discounts for bundled services, larger projects, or repeat customers when available. Our goal is to provide high-quality work at a fair price you can feel confident about.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process easy and stress-free from start to finish. It begins with a quick conversation to understand your needs and answer any initial questions. From there, we schedule an on-site visit to inspect the project, discuss options, and take measurements. After the visit, we provide a clear, detailed estimate and walk you through the scope of work so everything is easy to understand. Once approved, we schedule the project at a time that works best for you. During the job, our team communicates regularly, keeps the work area clean, and treats your home with care. After completion, we do a final walkthrough to make sure you’re happy and address any questions before closing out the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience is built on generations of hands-on training. We began learning the trade through our grandparents’ contracting company, gaining real-world knowledge on job sites from an early age. Over time, that foundation grew into large-scale city and commercial contracting work across New York City, where we developed advanced skills in project management, building codes, safety standards, and quality control. Today, Rocket Restoration Corp brings that same level of training and experience to residential home remodeling and restoration. Our team stays up to date with industry best practices, materials, and local codes to ensure every homeowner receives professional, reliable, and high-quality workmanship.
