What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are affordable but each client is different so I need to know more about their particular tax situation to offer the right quote for my services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We either meet in person at my office or arrange a time to speak on the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's in Accounting from Baruch College. I am a CPA licensed in NYS and take 3-4 continuing education classes to maintain my license and keep up to date on new tax laws and pronouncements.
