Sheldon is our new accountant after mine retired after over 40 years of service. As a new CPA, we were a bit Leary of using someone 2000 miles away. I would say after he and his firm wrapped up our returns we were very happy with the results. His process was very familiar to me and his results just like our previous CPA was spot on. Cancelled our 7:15 AM initial meeting at midnight. Sent a vague proposal next day, without asking about our needs. After we declined, he re-sent the same proposal with lower prices. Very immature. Sorry it didn't work out.

During the height of tax filing season, our team works at an intense pace to assist as many clients as possible, and in our rush to communicate quickly, there was no advisor available for the initial discovery phone call.
Because financial planning is an off-peak service during tax season, we offered to reschedule the discovery call for later that same day when our dedicated staff support was fully guaranteed to give your case the attention it deserved. Additionally, we realized our customized proposal—built directly from your initial intake answers—had not yet been sent to you. We firmly believe that having a prospect review a tailored proposal prior to an initial discovery call leads to a far more productive conversation. All of these details and next steps were outlined in the email sent to inform you of the cancellation.
We regret that this experience did not reflect our usual high standards, and we appreciate your input.
