My CPA for 4 years decided to retire and so I was left high and dry. On top of that, I have what I would say is a difficult tax situation, others might not see it that way. Each client is different, although I have some standard pricing for some common tax-related tasks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen carefully to client and take notes, if necessary. We then discuss the most beneficial courses of action and arrive to a decision together. Since most of my business comes through referrals, I make sure each customer is happy with the alternatives.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors in Finance, a Masters in Accountancy and have passed all CPA exams.
