- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer comparable pricing and allow the options for preparation fees to be deducted from your refund if applicable. I also work with banking services that provide refund advance loans at competitive rates
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most tax returns are able to be completed on the same day as long as all information is provided during the first meeting. Bookkeeping service plans are developed after the first meeting. We will discuss your bookkeeping needs and find the best plan for your business. Whether it is monthly, quarterly, or annually.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA in business management. I am enrolled in the IRS annual filing season which requires continued education. I am also a small business owner myself so I understand the financial challenges many small business owners face.
