Pricing usually depends on the workload; We believe our time should be compensated fairly. that's the reason our pricing stays competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We encourage face to face meeting, then answer all clients' questions to make sure we understand their needs. Usually, we usually use a secure file exchange after preparing returns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a company with 15 years of experience; having EA's and Certified preparers in our staff.
