Sandra made my first year with slightly-complicated taxes a breeze. She was incredibly patient with me as I asked questions about different deductions and went out of her way to inform me of deductions I was unaware of and eligible for. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The investment with our Firm is offered as one time services or recurring CPA services, depending on your need.
We offer Tiered packages - premium all inclusive is $600 per month. Or if the premium Tier is out of budget, we also offer our Growth Tier, Tax Strategies Tier or our Essential Services Tier.
A la carte services offered at $325 per hour.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process consists of scheduling an appointment with us, completing the initial consultation questionnaire before our first meeting, then meeting to discuss the answers provided and to also provide preliminary guidance as we develop a plan of action. Next, I provide an engagement letter details CPA services needed over the next 12 months or so. Signing of the engagement letter, payment of our retainer and the start of receiving our services. Many projects are completed within two weeks. Larger projects could take up to 90 days. Contact us to develop your business plan today :)
