I run a construction and real state business and multiple stocks in the bag so I clearly have no time for taxes. Met Anastasia like 5 years ago in a mutual friend’s birthday party and she told me all about her tax skills which in turn I decided to put to the test and here we are... she still does my taxes while I spend my precious time elsewhere! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a base pricing however, we are trying to be flexible with each client and customize cost as much as possible, since there are no two exact same tax situations! Pricing ranges from $195 - $351 for Individual Tax Returns and $295-$495 for Business Tax Return. Periodically we offer discounts to certain groups, currently offering 10% discount to nurse workers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a call to discuss client's accounting needs first and we gather documents for review to confirm what work needs to be performed and to confirm the cost. If client accepts the engagement, we send an invoice and get to work right away to meet required deadlines! Our general turnaround for tax preparation is 4-5 business days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, Anastasia, owner of the company, have Masters in Accounting and 8
+ years of tax & accounting experience working with both business and individual clients. My team is also highly experienced in all areas of accounting. We have an excellent bookkeeper as well.
