Let me start by saying she's the most reliable tax expert you will ever meet, I was hesitant to try someone new to do my business taxes and I couldn't be more grateful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a base pricing however, we are trying to be flexible with each client and customize cost as much as possible, since there are no two exact same tax situations! Pricing range from $185 - $295 for Individual Tax Returns and $295-$495 for Business Tax Return.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to jump on a quick call to find out as much details as possible about client's specific needs. Email or text also works.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, Anastasia, owner of the company, have Masters in Accounting and 7 + years of tax & accounting experience working with both business and individual clients. My team is also highly experienced in all areas of accounting.
