Jugdeep himself was very efficient, polite and incredibly patient with me and helped me save soooo much money on my taxes. I was so relieved and grateful for his help and insight. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system based on the workload. If you do not like the service or price, we all will part ways as friends, Simple rule, you do not like it, you do not buy!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we like to converse either the phone or in person initially to get to know them and their work. Then, we like to introduce the client to the professional that will be working with them. After take we gather all the documents to help them with the client's needs and explain to them as to the next steps and what to expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required by Various State Organizations and Federal Government to take continuous education. In addition, we have Varity of professionals on the team to help your needs (CPA, EA, tax professionals, insurance agents, and financial planners.). Depending on the title, we have those certifications to help you with all your needs.
