Advice that I would give to ANYONE looking for a creative service provider, especially dealing with fashion is check their portfolio. Make sure that these perspective designers have talent that is flexible,a understanding of at least the basics of NOT ONLY design and conceptualization of a product, but the business behind such potential product. Make sure that your potential designer has a talent that is flexible, and articulate. Make sure to ask for references, people that you can contact to assure that the potential designer is exactly what you need, and is reputable. The freelance industry is full of individuals that are looking to make a "quick buck", make sure this does not happen to you.
