Jim did an incredible job taking photos of my apartment. He sent me proofs less than 24 hours after he took the photos, and made some minor edits the same day. I've had my home listed online for less than a day, and have already received dozens of inquires from prospective tenants! Excellent value, great job!

Jim Chan of Visualgnome was outstanding. He recorded and edited our school's quite complex graduation ceremony. There were lots of moving parts, and Jim did an amazing job. He was very responsive, and he reviewed recordings of our prior ceremonies so that he really understood the flow of the event and how to succeed. He will definitely be our go-to for future events and marketing videos.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For real estate photography and virtual tours, my pricing is based on square footage and the number of photos you require.
For video production, I have hourly, half-day and daily rates according to your need of the project. My editing rates are hourly, but they will be estimated based on the project. I provide a breakdown of the charges in my quotes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to find out what their goals are for the project. From there I will gather further information and assess the needs of the project. After the initial call or email, I will follow up with a quotation for the project while considering the budget. During the project, the client will be kept informed of my progress through emails/phone calls. The final product video(s) are available for download or a thumb drive can me mailed to you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Masters degree in Communications specializing in Television & Film Production from The New York Institute of Technology. My bachelors degree is in Finance from CUNY Baruch College.
