Pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and project complexity. We provide detailed estimates upfront, with no hidden fees. Discounts are available for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to understand your ideas and budget. Then we provide a transparent quote and timeline. Once everything is approved, we take care of the paperwork/management, renovation from start to finish and do a final walkthrough to make sure you’re happy with the results.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in renovations years ago (1998) , learning the trade hands-on and building experience in everything from small repairs to full remodels. As my skills and client base grew, I decided to start my own company.
