The team was professional and responsive throughout the process. They took the time to answer my questions during the contract phase and explained the waterproofing process. The work started on time and ended on time. The team communicated throughout the project as questions came up. The work was professional and thorough. So far my basement is dry, and I am very pleased with the finished product. I recommend their services and believe they deliver high quality work.

We had James come out to our house to see if waterproofing would aid in preventing mold issues after a recent remediation. He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He helped us in determining the source of our issue, something that plumbers hadn’t been able to diagnose and simply blamed on “ground water issues”. The willingness to help beyond expectations and expertise exhibited by James has ensured that my husband and I will go to them for any waterproofing needs in the future and refer them to anyone we encounter needing these services. This is a quality company that cares about their clients for sure.

Being a mason myself I’d like to think I know a good guy at his trade when I see one. Iv hired these guys a number of times to sub contract on odd jobs and they always deliver a 5 star job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
