- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique, and every website is ultimately priced in accordance with the specific needs of the client and their timeline.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For website design, all packages, at minimum, include a free phone consultation, a draft site, a phone feedback session, & a completed site. Depending on a client's needs, there might be multiple feedback sessions, drafts, and ongoing maintenance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the world of web design, I have an intricate knowledge of self promotion and creating a personalized aesthetic. I am a founding member of a theater company in NY that specializes in experiential design; and, when it comes to websites, I help clients find the aspects of their work they want to demonstrate and emphasize. I have a very practiced eye, and a firm grasp of language, and I have helped all my clients find the unique look and organized content they are seeking.
