- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the scope of work, materials, and site conditions. Every project is different, so we provide clear written estimates that explain exactly what work will be performed. Our focus is delivering high quality work at a fair price. When asphalt and concrete work is done correctly the first time it lasts longer and saves property owners money over time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by speaking with the customer to understand the project and their goals. After that we schedule a site visit to inspect the area, evaluate conditions, and take measurements. Based on our assessment we provide a clear written estimate outlining the work required and the recommended solution. Once the estimate is approved we schedule the work and coordinate our crew and materials. Most projects are completed within 3 to 4 days depending on the size and scope of the job. Our focus is always on completing the work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is built on real field experience and professional construction training. The owner of HighFort Construction has more than 15 years of industry experience, including leadership roles managing construction crews and overseeing complex projects. Our team follows professional construction practices and safety standards to ensure every project is completed efficiently and correctly. This experience allows us to approach each project with a high level of knowledge, organization, and attention to detail.
