- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give our client the choice of hourly rate or flat fee but always use a hourly rate for troubleshooting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking on the phone, setting an appointment for an estimate if necessary. When arriving to complete work we always greet out clients pleasantly and provide a business card to make you feel safe and important. Then proceeding with electrical services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bob had 32 years in the electrical field. He attended Edison technical in Rochester, NY, as well as IBEW certified. He has OSHA certification. He is also a NYS master electrician. Part of his resume had been with the city of Rochester and Southport corrections NYS DOC master electrician. Michelle was apprenticed and had been journeyman for 2 years and works under close supervision of Bob.
