I am a stay at home mom. Way out of shape. Weekend drinker and smoker. We found John and Carolyn and everything has changed. I went from buying packaged junk food to slowly changing my food each week. My fridge is full of every color of fresh food and veges. My kids are eating so much better and I feel so much better. I live on 3 acres so me and my 4 kids ( 2 twin boys that are 9 and 2 girls 14 @ 13). We are enjoying walking the property and getting fit. About 6 weeks ago we went from eating whatever to be a Kathy and I have lost almost 15 pounds. My kids are sleeping better and were all happier. If it wasn't for John always being available to talk or too keep me focused when I didn't want to do anything I would still be sitting on the couch smoking drinking while my blood pressure keeps rising. I am almost 47 and I am really feeling great with 20 more pounds to go. I love these 2 because of them my family I s healthier and I get a chance to live longer and healthier for my kids!

long time gym goer, lifetime skeptic of personal trainers. fell off the wagon, gained 30lb needed a change. joined john's group classes and eventually started 1 on 1 training. John takes a unique approach to fitness with a wide variety of exercises, many of which you'll never see anywhere else. sledge hammers and tires will become your workout equipment. yet he is able to tailor it to any age and fitness level. he incorporates a combination of strength, mobility and endurance in every workout. if you're looking for someone to watch you do push ups this is not your guy. if you're looking for someone who will push you beyond what you thought you were capable of and someone to take your fitness to a new level this is your guy. recommend 100%

I love all of the wonderful training tools that John uses. He customizes his training to my specific needs. I have recently been diagnosed with vertigo, and John tailored a special workout session geared just for me and my needs. Fantastic!

I worked with John for several months and loved every minute of it! He is very knowledgeable and uses positive motivation. He always pushed me harder and every time I surprised myself. I am in the best shape I have ever been in! I would recommend working with him to anyone who wants to lose weight or just get in shape. Awesome experience!!
